Can I try the hair and change it if it is completely wrong?
Hair Extensions is a hygienic product which means that as soon as the packaging is broken, the hair is no longer approved for return. On the other hand, you can see the color well through the packaging, and you can change your hair within 90 days as long as the seal is not broken / the packaging is opened.

Products can be returned in the same condition as received for a full 90 days. (The seal can not be broken). You will receive an email when the return has been processed. It takes about 3-5 business days.
 
Have you received my return?
When we have received your return, you will be notified of this per. e-mail and can follow the process of further processing your return to your account with us.
 
Can you refuse to accept my return?
Yes, if you violate our general terms. The package must be returned in the same condition as received, in case of unused sealing (Hair Extensions comes with a seal that can not be broken for the right of return to be intact). If the seal on Hair Extensions is broken, HUMNHAiR has the right to refuse return. If such a product is nevertheless sent to us, the package will be sent back to the buyer.
 
When will I get my money back for my return?
Once the return has been returned to us, we process your return continuously and you can follow the status by logging in to your account. Normally you have the money back in the account within 4 working days after your return has been received in return with us. If you have paid by invoice, it is Klarna that processes the crediting of the invoice, and normally the invoice is deleted (if unpaid) or refunded (if paid), within 2-5 working days after your return is received with us.
 
How do I get my refund when I have paid by invoice?
If you have paid by invoice, it is Royal Hair that processes the crediting of the invoice, and normally the invoice is deleted (if unpaid) or refunded (if paid), within 2-5 working days after your return is received with us.
This usually goes by itself. If Klarna needs any more information (such as account number), you will receive an email from Royal Hair regarding this.

The following general terms and conditions apply to all agreements that you enter into with Royal Hair AS. When you place an order, you accept these terms. The terms only apply to you who are a customer and who make orders via the online store www.royalhair.no Orders made by persons under the age of 18 are assessed in accordance with current rules for cash purchases, and the order must be approved by a guardian.
 
Royal Hair AS makes a reservation that goods may be sold out, that there may be image and writing errors on the website, for example errors in product descriptions or technical specifications, that prices may be incorrect or that there are price adjustments (eg, as a result of price changes at suppliers or changes in exchange rates), or that there is incorrect information about an item in stock. Royal Hair AS has the right at any time to correct such errors, as well as to change or update such information. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item that you have ordered, we will of course notify you of this and await your acceptance of a corrected price before we continue to process your order. All image information in the online store should be viewed as illustrations only. There is no guarantee that such illustrations show the number of items you receive, or that it is the exact appearance, functions or origin of the item. Everything in the online store is the property of Royal Hair AS or their licensors. The information is protected through, among other things, intellectual property law and market law rules. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout as well

We intend to contribute to a good dispute resolution process. Royal Hair AS is not responsible for delays due to circumstances that are reasonably beyond Royal Hair AS 'control. Examples of such circumstances are general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning, changes in government regulations, technical problems, faults in power / telecommunications / data connections or manufacturing faults, exchange rate fluctuations or natural disasters ("force majeure"). These circumstances will have a liberating effect which entails exemption from damages and other sanctions. Should such a situation arise, Royal Hair AS will inform you of the current situation. If the circumstances have lasted for more than two months, both you and Royal Hair AS have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect. Royal Hair AS reserves the right to change these terms at any time. All changes to these terms will be published in the online store. Changes apply from the time you have accepted the terms through a new purchase or by visiting the online store, possibly 30 days after Royal Hair AS has informed you of the changes.
HUMNHAiR AS complies with the Privacy Act. In connection with your registration and order, you also agree that we, in accordance with the Privacy Act, store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you.
